Red
Paradise or the scientific name Paradisaea rubra is a type of warbler-sized, with a length of about 33cm, from the clan Paradisaea.
This bird is yellow and brown, and yellow beak. Adult males measure around 72cm of hair ornaments including a blood-red with a white tip on the side of his stomach, face hair and dark emerald green diekornya there are two long strap-shaped black double gyre. Female birds are smaller than male birds, with dark brown face and had no fur trimmings.
Red Paradise is a polygamous species. Male birds attract a mate with a ritual dance showcase decorative feathers. After copulation, males leave the females and start looking for another partner. Female birds incubate and nurture the child's own birds. Red Paradise bird feed consisting of fruits and various insects.
An Indonesian endemic, the Red
Paradise is distributed to lowland rainforests of Waigeo and Batanta islands of Raja Ampat, West Papua. This species shares its home with another Red Paradise, the Wilson's Red Paradise. Hybridisation between these two species is not recorded but is expected because it is recorded for many other birds of paradise.
